RICS Award 2019 Grand Final Winners

KGA UK Ltd are delighted to announce that the recently completed project, The Caudwell Children’s Centre, has won The RICS National ‘Design Through Innovation’ Award, and the coveted RICS ‘UK Project of the Year 2019’ Award.

KGA acted as Mechanical and Electrical Consultants on the project from conception through to completion, working with C4 Projects, the Architects for the Centre. 

The Caudwell International Children’s Centre is the UK’s first independent purpose-built Centre, dedicated to multidisciplinary autism diagnosis, support and research.

RICS Judges said the Caudwell International Children’s Centre has every prospect of improving the lives of thousands of children and their families, with improved educational and employment prospects delivering significant social and economic benefits. The project has a growing reputation as a Centre for research excellence, setting new national and international standards for ‘inclusive’ design, adaptability and construction.
